[v- ], Bernardo Antonio, italienischer Baumeister, * Turin um 1705, ✝ ebenda 19. 10. 1770; nach Studien in Rom führender Kirchenbaumeister des piemontesischen Spätbarock. In seinen kurvigen, lichterfüllten Zentralkuppelbauten verschmelzen G. Guarinis und F. Juvarras Bauweise, wozu er technische Neuerungen einführte; Verfasser architekturtheoretischer Schriften.
 
Werke: Santuario del Vallinotto bei Carignano (Provinz Turin, 1738-39); San Bernardino in Chieri (Provinz Turin, 1740-44); Santa Chiara in Brà (Provinz Cuneo, 1742); Santa Maria in Piazza in Turin (1751-54), San Michele in Borgo d'Ale (Provinz Vercelli, 1770).
